People tend to take fell skiing trips of several nights in the National Park. Today we take a skiing trip of 2-3 hours to the fells. While skiing we go to see at least one spring (it is told that the open water is a gate of man-like creatures that live in subterranean dwellings), all sides of Arctic mountains, hopefully sun that sets beautifully to horizon) and large fields of wind blown snow. It is expected that participants have good physical condition and expertise in cross-country skiing. In most cases it is rather windy up in the fells, and therefore we encourage you to pack several layers to your backpack and wear windproof top layers.
