The congress package prices are per person.
Please note that you need to book the entire room/apartment.
Before booking think about a couple of optional booking alternatives for your group.
Please note all accommodations are confirmed in booking order according to availability.

You’ll need a password for booking your congress package and for registering to Interski 2023 congress.
These have been forwarded to all nations’ contact persons. Please request the password from your country’s Interski representative. Please note that you’ll need to have your nation’s Interski organization’s permission to book, you can consult your nation’s representatives for more details on the booking process.

LOC reserves a right to cancel a booking if it has been done by a party that has no right to book.

The registration will be done in two parts:

1.  Start from CONGRESS PACKAGE BOOKING to ensure your accommodation.
You can also add meal plans at this stage according to your preference.
Congress package booking tool does not allow changes after confirmation.
If you want to book another congress package/meal option later, you can enter the congress package booking tool again and choose the options you’d wish to book.

2. After booking your congress package continue to REGISTRATION FORM.
You'll see instructions on how to do the registration when you start filling in the form.
You can update your information and add details until 31.1.2023.
You’ll need to inform at least your name, participant type, email and phone number via the registration form by 31st January 2023.

You can choose to pay the fees with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), invoice or with Finnish banks; MobilePay and online banking.

If you want to receive the refunds for your nation from participants/demo team members, please make one booking for your whole group. Also if you want to ensure all accommodations as close to one another as possible, please include your whole group in the same booking.

Package includes

• 7 nights accommodation for 25.3-1.4.2022

• 7 breakfasts (not included in apartments)

• 6 days ski pass (incl. ski bus)

• Airport Transfers Kittilä - Levi Centre 25.3. // Levi Centre - Kittilä 1.4.

• Access to all congress activities such as workshops, demo shows and after ski.

Meal Package

When booking your congress package, you can also add following meal options:

• Ski In - Ski Out lunch at hotel Panorama for 6 days: 84 € / person
  Lunch during congress days 26.-31.3.2023.

• Dinner package at your hotel for 6 days: 192 € / person (at a nearby hotel for persons in apartments)
  Dinner during congress days 26.-31.3.2023.

• APARTMENTS:
  Breakfast package at a nearby hotel for 7 days: 112 € / person (for persons staying in apartments)
  Hotel accommodation includes breakfast.
  Breakfast during mornings 26.3.-1.4.2023.

If you don’t know yet if you want to book a meal option, you can book these later from the congress package booking tool .
You can enter the congress package booking tool again and choose only the meal option (s) you want to book.

Levi area has many nice hotel options. All hotels are with central location. You can book a room for 1 - 4 persons.
Hotel accommodation includes breakfast.

Levi Hotel Spa

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Levi Fell’s ski slopes, this hotel features various facilities fex. Hotel Levi Panorama

The Hotel Levi Panorama is located in a unique setting on the slope of Levi fell. Panorama offers superb service and high quality accommodation. The panoramic views and clean arctic air of the fells add an exotic touch to your trip to Lapland.
In winter Levi Panorama serves as the only ski-in ski-out hotel in Levi. The hotel is easily accessible via the Levi Express Cabin lift, by stairs from the center of the village (might be snowy in the winter) or via road.
You can use Levi Express Cabin lift until 9:30-21:00 with your ski pass.

Levilehto

These comfortable and modern apartments offer a self-catering option centrally in Levi, just 300 m from River Myllyjoki. All have a private sauna, TV, seating area and kitchen. Free WiFi access is available. Levilehto Apartments also have a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Situated in the very center of the Levi ski resort area, Hotel K5 Levi offers accommodation in comfortable villas for your visit. LEVI BLACK -apartments

Levi Black offers eight modern apartments with 4 bedrooms. The accommodation is offered for 64 people. Each apartment is equipped with four comfortable double bedrooms, living room with flat-screen TV, functional kitchen, sauna, two shower rooms, and two toilets.

Levi Black is situated around 2 km from Levi centre, but only less than 1 km from Gondola lift/Levi World Cup Slope.
You can use ski bus to get to Levi Centre between 10:00-18:30.
Nearest grocery store is 5 minutes walk away. There are 8 x 8 person apartments available.
