Finnish people love their saunas and we would like to offer you the possibility to enjoy and try a Finnish sauna.
There are 2 sauna locations you can choose from; Immelkartano and Arctic Sauna World
On Monday 27.3. and Wednesday 29.3. evenings we offer you the possibility to try Finnish sauna and a dip in the icy lake in Immelkartano, Levi.
There are 2 slots to choose from each day.
On WEDNESDAY 29.3. at 14:00-19:00, you can spend a chill sauna afternoon in Arctic Sauna World in Muonio.
We recommend you to bring your own swimsuit for both locations!
SAUNA EXPERIENCE IN IMMELKARTANO, LEVI
For a truly unique life experience, you can try the floating Arctic sauna that is on the ice-locked surface of the lake Immeljärvi and the Smoke Sauna. The saunas heat you up with their wood fired warmth. You can follow this with refreshing plunge into an actual Arctic lake Immeljärvi, that is beautifully illuminated from below the ice.
Immelkartano offers you 2 saunas:
Smoke sauna and Arctic Sauna
1x warm bathtub
2x Hot Spings Outdoor Hot Tubs
Monday and Wednesday evenings
at 18:00-20:00 and 20:00-22:00

VISIT TO ARCTIC SAUNA WORLD
Arctic Sauna World is located next to the Hotel Jeris, on the shore of Lake Jeris, right by the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park Lake Jeris is a holy lake for Sami people and known for its generous fish catches throughout the Finnish history.
Sauna is a unique place where four elements earth, water, air and fire are combined to create the fifth element, steamy löyly, the spirit of sauna. In Finnish literature Löyly is a synonym for a spirit, also a part of our soul in Finnish mythology. For Finns sauna is the place for relaxation, meditation, mental and physical cleanliness.
Four elements are known all over the world. We have created four saunas for you to balance your elements through our saunas. These saunas, Tapio, Ukko, Ilmatar and Vellamo represent the elements through our mythological gods and goddesses.
